THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAMME

"Unset the Mindset" is an immersive three-month transformational mastermind led by lifestyle coach Patience Modevi. The mastermind is designed to guide YOU through a profound journey of self-discovery, creativity enhancement, and inner strength anchoring using various powerful coaching techniques like Timeline Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Compassionate Enquiry, Gene Key, Human Design and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

This is your opportunity to fully dive into yourselves and unlock potential to achieve significant personal growth.

The programme made for you to let go of the unwanted fully, untangle circumstances and renew self-love to elevate as a result.

Our mental health, self worth and self love are often what pulls us down or up. What if there was a way to build up resilience that improves and elevates you in all that you are?

 

Why take 3 months commitment to self?

The "Quest for Beliefs" module represents a personal journey of self-discovery, looking to define meaning and purpose in life. This will involves introspection, examining values, and understanding your place in the world. The focus is on overcoming internal obstacles and achieving personal growth through life’s difficulties.

The "Dreamscapes" module aims to enhance creativity through dreams simply by cultivating a receptive mindset and creating an environment that facilitates exploration as well as integration of dream experiences.

The "Anchoring Inner Strength" module focuses on creating mental shortcuts by connecting at all times what you see, hear, feel, or do with certain emotions or thoughts, the focus is on enhancing inner resilience and strength.

 

Programme Overview

Weekly Self Paced Workshops and and 1 Live Session: Monthly engaging in 3 self paced weekly online workshops and one interactive workshop with Patience, the coach to explore each pillars’s content deeply in each unit you will have time to implement and integrate the learnings.

Practical Exercises: Participating in exercises and activities designed to apply the concepts learned in real-life situations.

Journaling and Reflection: Keeping a journal to document their journey, insights, and progress throughout the programme.

Group Discussions: Joining group discussions to share experiences, insights, and support with other participants, you will be in peer support groups from week one as this will help create a united sisterhood.

Meditations and Mindfulness Practices: Incorporating mindfulness and meditation practices to enhance self-awareness and reflection.

By the end of the three months, you will have a clearer understanding of your beliefs and how to manage them so they serve you, an unquestionable ability to harness creativity, and definitely stronger inner resilience, all in view to lead a more fulfilled and purposeful life.

Now, let’s look at it in more details, what does the schedule looks like:

Detailed Schedule

The Programme starts on the 5 th of November for a total of 12 weeks where we will dive together in the following 3 Modules. Each sessions will be held on Mondays or Tuesdays in the evening from 8 pm - 9 pm. Full calendar invite will be sent at enrolment.

All sessions will be online and recorded unless otherwise specified within course work.

Please note that all Contemplation units won’t be recorded to respect privacy and allow for a safe place within the programme.

Module 1: Quest for Beliefs (4 Weeks) This is a personal journey of self-discovery to define meaning and purpose in your life. This will involves introspection, examining values, and understanding your unicity in the world.

Module 2: Dreamscapes (4 Weeks) Enhancing creativity through dreams by cultivating a receptive mindset and an environment that facilitates the exploration and integration of dream experiences.

Patience is an empathetic and nurturing mindset coach who is passionate about helping women discover their creative realms and unlock their inner strength to become who they were born to be. She knows life can be hard and full of difficult challenges, having gone through that herself.
